Stay in a historic building from the 15th century, completely renovated. Our restaurants invite you to feast 7 days a week - we will be happy to spoil you!
In addition, we source all products for our a la carte cuisine from within a radius of less than 30 km. All pork, beef and veal comes from species-appropriate husbandry, the freshwater fish are raised in the Illertal without genetically modified fish feed. Turkey and chicken come from free-range husbandry without preventive use of antibiotics.
Furthermore, we are one of only 33 businesses in Bavaria to be certified with the TOP Training Company in the Leisure Industry by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
We are also proud to be the only hotel in Memmingen recommended by Marco Polo.
