Hotel description : The Baia dei Mirti residence is located in Vignola Mare in the municipality of Aglientu. The complex is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub in front of a splendid pine forest and is
conceived with harmonious architectural lines in perfect Gallura style. It consists of a courtyard-shaped residential area, where the apartments are located
ground floor with patio/garden and first floor with balcony, divided into four bodies. In the central one there is the reception office, a snack bar and a small
market, a laundry and the beautiful swimming pool with a childrens pool. 800 meters away is the town of Vignola Mare, with its wide sandy beach
end and the various services: ATM, market (opening 1 April - 30 October), hairdresser, delicatessen, parapharmacy, emergency medical service. A few km from the residence you can
visit the beaches of Nuracu Nieddu (4.7 km), Monti Russu (7.2 km), Rena Majore (12.2 km). Santa Teresa Gallura, the starting point for Corsica, is located just
19km. Using a car is recommended.
The complex is made up of terraced apartments furnished in typical Sardinian style with soft colours, on the ground floor with veranda and small garden or on the first floor with
balcony, with independent entrance and furnished outdoor spaces.
General facilities: snack bar, swimming pool for adults and children (umbrellas and deckchairs subject to availability), small market with essential products, small playground, shared laundry area (washing machine and dryer), internal unattended outdoor parking, common barbecue with picnic area, tennis court and five-a-side football pitch (for a fee, 100 meters away).
Included: final cleaning, energy consumption (electricity, water), first supply of bed and bathroom linen (change of linen every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), air conditioning, 1 umbrella supplied inside the apartment, use of the swimming pool, laundry, WIFI in common aereas.
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm - Check-out by 10am. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance to the structure (tel. +39 3791072138) for code release KEY BOX for collecting the key; in case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of EUR 50.00 may be requested. For arrivals after 8pm, the customers telephone number is required.
